CULTURAL AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES

cultural activities

To learn a language well, it is important to know the culture it springs from. The musical quality of Italian reflects the beauty and charm of our country. Arca always lays emphasis on developing students' linguistic and communicative skills through activities introducing them to Italian cultural and social life. In fact, the language courses have two scheduled weekly activities and guided tours around towns of historical or artistic interest.

Join us and take part in:

- guided tours around museums, exhibitions, monuments and important buildings of Bologna
- cultural events such as film-, dance- and music festivals, concerts, art exhibitions and much more...
- afternoons or evenings at the cinema, theatre or literary events
- film shows at school, with an introduction by the teacher and a guided discussion afterwards
- half-day visits to local businesses of commercial and cultural interest: Ducati, Ferrari, Parmigiano Reggiano, a traditional vinegar works producing the renowned balsamic vinegar of Modena, etc.
