ACCOMMODATION
Arca carefully selects and books accommodation according to rigorous criteria: this service is free of charge. Our team will look for rooms to suit your requirements, in a single or double room, with a family or with students, in hotels or B&B by agreement, all at extremely competitive prices.
- Accommodation in a flat with a family or students, with use of kitchen
The flats are all in the old city centre or in areas easily reached by public transport (max. 15-20 minutes by bus from school).
Accomodation without use of kitchen by special request.

Arrivals are generally on Sundays with departure on Saturdays.
A small number of independent flats are available by special request.

The hotels which offer special terms to our students are all located in the old town-centre, a few minutes' walk from school.

The B&Bs offering special terms to our students are all located in the old town-centre or in areas easily reached by public transport (max. 15-20 minutes by bus from school).

Since Bologna is an important trade-fair centre, it is advisable to enquire in good time, so that we can book your accommodation at least a month in advance in periods when trade-fairs are being held. Payment is made directly to the proprietor at the beginning of each week.
Should you decide to cancel the course (except in case of real emergency), you must inform the proprietor at least two weeks in advance. No reimbursement can be made by the school in the case of late arrival.
