How to enrol in an Italian course

To enrol on one of our Italian courses, you need to fill out our Enrolment Form or use the alternative methods listed below in the following tabs section.

General conditions

The course deposit is €200 and must be paid in advance; the school can reserve a place on the chosen course and/or arrange the accommodation.
The deposit and fees are non-refundable. If you decide to cancel the course, you must provide at least two weeks’ notice before the course start date. In this case, you may receive a voucher for the amount paid, which can be used within 12 months.
The balance of payment must be paid on the morning of the first day, before the classes begin. You can also pay in advance by bank transfer, see our bank details.
If a student is unable to attend classes, decides to discontinue the course, or chooses to shorten its duration, they will not be entitled to any refund. However, by notifying the school at least two weeks in advance, lessons may be suspended for a maximum period of two weeks. These rules do not apply to visa-related courses or courses subject to specific conditions.
Fees paid for group classes cannot be transferred to individual lessons.
No classes will be held on public holidays. Students will be offered an additional activity free of charge, while individual lessons will be rescheduled in agreement with the school office.
Beginners must start on the dates scheduled for such courses. Non-beginners can start on any Monday.
To obtain a certificate of attendance, students must attend at least 70% of the lessons.

*** Please note : If your class does not reach the minimum number of 3 students we offer the possibility to study in a smaller group. In this case there will be fewer hours of lessons per day ( 1 student short term – 2 hour per day , 1 student long term – 1 hour per day . 2 students short term – 3 hours per day , 2 students long term – 2 hours )

If you for some reason have to cancel your course or finish it early, please read these rules carefully.
These terms and conditions apply to students who book directly with the school. If you book through a Tour Operator, their own terms and conditions may apply.
• If we accept your enrolment, your € 200 deposit is non- refundable;
• If you wish to postpone your course for any reason, for example, if you need a visa and are still waiting for the visa to be issued, you must let us know at least 1 week before you are due to arrive, otherwise you will have to pay for one week of accommodation to cover the notice period (if you have booked accommodation through the school).
• If you need a visa and you have your visa application refused, we will refund your fees, less an administration charge of € 200,00, once we have received a copy of the visa rejection letter.
• If, for any reason, you have to stop your course early, your tuition fees are non-refundable.
• If you wish to change or leave your accommodation, the school will refund your accommodation fees in full provided you give at least 2 full weeks’ notice, except during the first 4 weeks of your stay when only 1 week’s notice is necessary. Changes should always take place at weekends.

INSURANCE
Students are strongly advised to take out travel and medical insurance and insurance to cover tuition fees in case of cancellation and loss of personal possessions.

I, the undersigned (in the case of a minor under 16 years of age, parent or guardian), authorize, free of charge, the taking, use and storage of images (photos and/or videos) and/or their display inside the school and/or their publication on the school web site, also for the purposes of providing information and publicity about the school’s activities.

By clicking on "Send and Pay" you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal site where you can make the minimum advance payment of EURO 200,00.

Please note that you don't need to have a PayPal account. PayPal is simply a safe and convenient way to make payments using your debit/credit card.

If you are entitled to a discount, this will be deducted from the balance payment when you arrive at school.

Once you have filled out your enrolment form, you need to make a minimum advance payment of EURO 200,00 using one of the following methods:

Please fill in your name and surname, complete address and cause of payment (“Italian language course”). Students already studying in Bologna can of course simply come directly to the school. If you wish to enrol on a special course please book at least 30 days before the course is due to start.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

If we accept your enrolment, the €200 deposit is non-refundable; if you decide to cancel the course, the minimum notice is 30 days before the start of the course. In this case you can receive a voucher equal to the amount paid, which can be spent in the current year. After this deadline, the voucher will only be granted in the event of serious and proven problems, at the discretion of the administration;
