ITALIAN IN THE KITCHEN
Cooking is an art form and, as such, has its own unique history. The teacher will guide you through the history of Italian cuisine, starting with the ancient Romans and continuing to the present day.

We will travel together through time and Italian history, visiting necropolises, monuments, architectural sites, and discovering famous and lesser-known figures in the city of Bologna.

In this course, we will carry out an interdisciplinary analysis of the main authors of Italian literature, placing them within the historical and social period of their time.
